Direct-to-consumer wine sales increased 18.5% to $2.33 Billion from 2015 to 2016. This meteoric rise in DtC shipping has increased the regulatory community's interest, leading to greater scrutiny into who’s doing what.
In anticipation of our annual Wine Summit, we welcome special guest speaker Steve Gross, Vice President, State Relations, Wine Institute. State laws are in constant flux - in this webinar, Steve will join tax experts Lauren Whitney and Charles Maniace of Sovos.
In this webinar you will learn answers to the most commonly asked questions about sales tax and DtC shipping.
Informed winery staff are staying ahead of these regulations, keeping compliant and avoiding penalties.
