Compliance isn’t just one thing—alas! There are a variety of regulations and obligations to consider when following the rules of the road as a winery that wants to ensure success by maintaining compliant operations. And the stakes are high, with penalties for non-compliance ranging from the risk of litigation (lawsuits) to fines, penalties, additional government scrutiny, and even loss of licensure.
In this webinar, Sovos ShipCompliant and VinSUITE covered many facets of compliance that wineries need to be thinking about, from ADA to CCPA and GDPR, not to mention tax compliance and direct-to-consumer shipping regulations, too.
Watch now to hear our speakers discuss: ADA compliance considerations, including common mistakes, exceptions to be aware of, and ongoing
